RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
7-Days Return Policy
You can return the gemstones with 100% refund only within the 7-Day Return period, which starts from the day you receive the product.
The products are eligible for return only after meeting the following conditions:
• The product(s) should not be used and their original condition must be preserved. Any sign of alteration in the product makes it non-eligible under our 7-Days Return Policy.
• Replacement for items are subject to inspection and checking by the Huelane Gems investigators.
• Damages due to neglect, improper care & usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy.
• The gemstone(s) should be returned along with the original lab- certificate, original/copy of invoice, documents (if any) and within its Huelane packing.
After meeting the above conditions and receiving clearance from our investigators the Refund process will be initiated.
Note: The customer has to pay the applicable shipping charges (Return Charges) while returning the product to Huelane.

Placing Return Request
• You can create a ‘Return Request’ under “My Orders” section of Huelane website.
• Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the ‘Return’option. Please make a note of the Return ID that we generate at the end of the process.
• Keep the item ready for pick up depending upon the availability of our courier service partners.
The refund process begins as soon as your product(s) to be returned qualify the eligibility criteria under our 7-Day Return Policy.
• For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
• For Cash on Delivery orders the refund will be credited to your bank account.
• Once the Refund process is initiated, it usually takes 7-10 business-days for the refund amount to reflect in respective payment modes. The refund initiation time may vary because of time taken by our courier partners to deliver the returned item to Huelane. Please note that the credit card company / banks may take another week to reflect that in your account.
• Delivery charge (for less than Rs.500 purchase), VAT, duties are non-refundable.
Note: In case of any refund related discrepancies, Huelane may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
